Weight Journey With Help From Nuun All Day-Product Review and Giveaway!

I started my weight journey a couple months ago.  Two of my biggest goals for my weight journey was to cut soda out of my diet and drink more water.  I drank so much soda in one day it was ridiculous.  I seriously could drink a few 2 liters in a day.  I hate admitting that but it's ok. Nuun All Day helped me to accomplish both of those goals I listed above.  I found out about Nuun All Day when I was searching online for a healthy substitute for caffeinated beverages!  Nuun All Day says it is a great substitute for soda, juice and caffeine beverages!  At this point I was very interested in trying their product.  Nuun offered for me to do a review and a giveaway!  I was so excited!

The biggest reason I wanted to drop soda from my diet is of course because it is so unhealthy for you.  I constantly felt like I was thirsty all of the time.  My guess is because I NEVER drank water and my body was dehydrated.  Nuun All Day has zero sugar, less than 8 calories per tab and has a blend of 17 vitamins and minerals.  When I drink Nuun All Day I don't feel dehydrated anymore and I actually feel less tired during the day.  It's amazing what can happen when you take care of your body!   Nuun All Day comes in 4 different flavors.  They have Grapefruit Orange, Tangerine Lime, Blueberry Pomegranate and Grape Raspberry!  I received the Tangerine Lime and the Blueberry Pomegranate to try.  The Tangerine Lime flavor took a little time for me to get used to.  It wasn't a bad taste it was just different and I hadn't tried anything with that flavoring before.  Blueberry Pomegranate is amazing!  It's for sure my favorite flavor between those two!  I can't wait to try the Grapefruit Orange flavored one!

Yummy Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Cucumber and Tomato Salad Ingredients:  2 medium tomatoes, sliced and quartered 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced 4 green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup cider vinegar 1 cup water
Directions: In a medium bowl combine the tomatoes, cucumber and green onions.  In a small bowl combine the sugar, salt and pepper.  Whisk in the vinegar and water.  Whisk until the sugar and salt dissolve   Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.  Serve with a slotted spoon. Thought this would be a great time to post this recipe since the weather is starting to get nice in most places! My kids and I love this as a snack or side dish on a nice day!  This recipe is also great for taking to a BBQ or get together!
