Photo Challenge-With Just Another Static Heart Day 18

I have been really sick.  Still not feeling well but I got a little behind on the Photo Challenge with Just Another Static Heart.  Today's Challenge is Pet(s).  So I am posting a picture of our dog Monster!  Don't let his name fool you.  He's a great dog.  He actually got the name Monster because the day we bought him and where heading home he kept trying to drink my husband's Monster energy drink and also at the time his eye where green :)

Photo Challenge-With Just Another Static Heart Day 15

Just Another Static Heart is doing a 30 day photo Challenge.  I am a little late starting but I am going to be following her challenge!  I think she has a great idea and I think you all would have fun following along with her too!  Todays challenge is to post a picture of something Black and White.   I decided to go with a picture I took of the moon.  I think this is a perfect example of black and white because with absolutely no black and white settings it is a black and white scene!  My husband and I are completely abscessed with the moon!      Please be sure to check out Just Another Static Heart so that you can get the daily list of what you should post about!

The Pond!

As a lot of you know my husband I recently went to the Bahamas!  I have been posting a lot of pictures that I took their because the Bahamas are for sure a photographers dream.  I spent a lot of time capturing a ton of beautiful pictures!  Lots of great memories!  My husband thought it was funny because I was pretty much obsessed with the fish in the pond right outside our Villa (our room).  I just loved taking pictures of the fish!  What do you think of them?

This is another picture I took of a flower in the Bahamas!  I tell you everything there was so pretty!

Beautiful Food!

Food on vacation is a big deal.  It was a bigger deal to my husband than me but I enjoyed having an all-inclusive trip.  Being able to eat at any of the resorts restaurants any time of day and getting to try new things without having to worry about paying for it if you didn't like it.

My pizza

My husband and I both found lots of food we never would have tried back home but gladly tried on our trip to the Bahamas.  We both found a lot out about ourselves and the different kinds of food we like!  Let's just say that having such tasty food on hand 24/7 put a damper on my weight journey!  Getting back on track though so that's ok.  Amazing when even pictures of food look awesome!  What do you think?

Taste of Beauty!

My husband and I recently went to the Bahamas.  Being a person who LOVES taking pictures and LOVES nature I felt like I was in heaven!  I plan to post a few other pictures from the Bahamas but for now here is picture number one!  Our trip was amazing!

Nature is Beautiful!

Day 19:

This picture amazes me!  Just look at how detailed the rocks are!  Just amazes me how beautiful everything in nature is!  This picture was taken at a river by my house.

End of Fall

Day 18:

Figure I would post one more fall type picture before winter decides to plow into full force.  This picture was taken at a fall themed wedding that I did pictures for.  You just have to love the fall colors, they are so beautiful. 

Hunter at Heart!

Day 17: This is my son!  We like playing lots of different games together.  This picture was taken just the other day while we were play "hunting".  We had such a blast!  

A Little Taste of Fall!

Day 16:  One of my favorite things about fall is all of the colors!  I have really enjoyed taking lots of pictures with my new camera that has awesome effects!  I took this picture at a fall themed wedding!  Just ignore the Coke bottle in the background lol!

Water Flow

Day 15: I took this picture at a river that is near our house.  I just love taking pictures of water because it is always changing!  I think this photo is a great example of beautiful nature can be!

Day 14:  I'm giving my hubby a little photo credit today.  He took this picture when we where at the park the other day!  I just love this photo!  

Just a Little Yellow!

Day 13: Yellow is my favorite color!  Just one of the many reasons I love fall!  I love seeing all the colors but especially yellow!  This picture was taken using my selective color effect again.  I just love the bright yellow in this picture :)

Day 12: 

These are the two awesome guys in my life!  My wonderful husband and my beautiful baby boy!  I love when I get a chance to capture a picture like this and it turns out just perfect!  This was taken on an awesome family fun day!  The weather was just perfect! 

Autumn With Awesome Effects!

Day 11:  Autumn is defiantly arriving and I am super excited!  I don't like what comes after autumn (winter ugh) but I love how beautiful everything is in the autumn.  This year I am overly excited to have autumn for 2 reasons!  1-We didn't really have fall last year and 2- I have a new camera with awesome effect!

Boldt Castle

Day 11:  One of my favorite places to visit in NY is Alexandria Bay-1000 Islands.  I like to take the Uncle Sam boat tour to Boldt Castle and just walk around.  It is a very amazing and beautiful place!  We have made about 4 trips to Boldt Castle and each time I love it even more!  

Magic Fire!

Day 10:  This picture was taken at one of our Bon Fires!  We threw in a color changing fire tablet which would change the color of the fire.  It was pretty cool and the kids loved it.  I just used the selective color effect on my camera.  The selective color allows you to pick out just one color for it to show and makes the rest of the picture black and white!

Just a Duck!

Day 9:  This picture was taken in Sackets Harbor New York.  Something funny about me is I am scared to death of birds!  I can tell you when I was taking this picture my heart was racing!  Overall though I am glad I faced my fear and snapped this photo!

Kindergarten

Day 8:  This is my little girl on her first day of Kindergarten!  The minute I captured this photo was the moment I finally realized how fast she is growing up!  Parents never miss a moment with your kids!  They grow up way to fast!
