This is how I feel today.  I need to STOP IT!  Stop all the excuses, Stop all the wining.... Just need to STOP IT!  I have defiantly hit a slump in my weight journey for about 3 weeks now.   I'm done slumming though!  I've had enough of this putting back on weight crap!  I am planning to go back to Weight Watchers this Friday to weigh in and see how much damage I have done over the last few weeks!  

Last night I decided to throw my Tummy Tuck belt on and do my exercise for it!  Let me say felt good to do something right for my body again... So the question is why do I keep falling?  I'm not sure at this point but I bound and determined to figure it out so I will stop doing this!  
I guess small steps is better than nothing.  I will be at Weight Watchers on Friday and I will be sure to update you all!  In the mean time I plan to start getting back on track!  I have my best friends wedding coming up and I want to make sure I fit in my dress and look great for her wedding!

  1. You can do it! Realizing and taking the first step to get out of the slump is the hardest part

  3. I think you look great. Don't feel bad we all get in that slump just have to get out but find something that works for you and stick with it.

  5. I'm really trying to get started in a weight loss program that will fit in my schedule. Mostly I just need to start exercising again.

  6. It is hard when you reach that non motivation flat line as I call it. I hope that you have been able to get going again and would love to hear how things have been going!
